Ministry of Human Resources Development (Department
of Women and Child Development) as per gazette notification
GSR 540(E) to monitor and report violations of the "Infant
Milk Substitutes, Feeding Bottles and Infant Foods (Regulation
of Production,Supply and Distribution) Act,1992".
